Privacy, Personal Data and Health Information Notice
This page explains what information may be processed through the website, why it is used, how long it may be retained, and which channels should not be used for medical records.
Scope and controller
This website is the digital information and contact channel of Assoc. Prof. Süleyman Günay. Information submitted through the site is used to respond to enquiries, coordinate appointment/pre-assessment requests, maintain technical security, and—only with consent—run analytics.
Do not upload medical files to the standard contact form
The contact form is intended for basic identity/contact details, country/language preference and a short enquiry. Imaging files, pathology, endoscopy records, reports and other sensitive health documents should be shared only through an authorised secure medical-record channel.
Information that may be processed
The contact form may process name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, preferred language, topic and a short message voluntarily supplied by the user. The feedback form may additionally collect an optional rating and feedback. For abuse prevention, short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit keys may be generated without retaining raw IP addresses.
Retention and deletion
Website enquiries and feedback submissions are automatically removed after the retention period configured in the administration panel. The team can also delete or anonymise records earlier. Mandatory legal retention obligations, if applicable, remain separate.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session and CSRF security functions are used to operate the site. Google Tag Manager or similar analytics tags load only after analytics consent is given. Users may change their choice through the cookie-preference controls.
Rights and contact
Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection may be submitted through the current contact channels shown on the website. This page is not legal advice; the final KVKK/privacy documentation and data-processing inventory should be validated by the organisation’s legal adviser.
